Join our customer’s team as an Accountant (US Experience) for a unique, short-term AI training project. Leverage your expertise in US GAAP and mid-sized company finance to help develop and annotate high-quality accounting datasets for next-generation AI models. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your US accounting experience to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes.
• Apply GAAP (US) standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information.
• Collaborate with an AI development team by providing subject matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to provide insights on accounting workflows and best practices.
• Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
• Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear, concise written form for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Engage in regular communication with project managers to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of US accounting experience, specifically in mid-tier, mid-cap, or small-cap companies (no large or big tech firms).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands-on experience with CPA responsibilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, ideally SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks.
• Experience in financial annotation, auditing, and process documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience training or supporting AI or technology-driven projects.
• Background in designing or optimizing accounting processes within mid-sized organizations.
• Advanced certification or specialized training in ERP systems.
