Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development.
- Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems.
- Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements.
- Stay current with emerging trends in stem cell and molecular biology to inform project goals and training content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context.
