Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to information systems, data management, and software development initiatives.
• Oversee the daily operations of IT departments and ensure that technical teams operate efficiently and align with organizational goals.
• Set project priorities, develop standards, and manage timelines to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions and continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads, vendors, and system users to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts, programmers, and IT specialists, fostering an adaptable and accountable culture.
• Maintain and optimize database systems and web platforms, ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
• Provide technical support and guidance, proactively addressing challenges to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in information systems, IT management, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills—both written and verbal—with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
• Demonstrated ability in complex problem solving, adaptability, and decision-making within fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in database management and web platform development software.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and setting technical standards.
