Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with AI training teams to provide hands-on culinary insights, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for training models.
  • Prepare diverse dishes with a focus on consistency, quality, and adherence to nutritional guidelines.
  • Document culinary processes, standardized recipes, and preparation techniques in clear, detailed written formats.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on generated recipes and food production workflows to improve AI output.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail while executing recipes in fast-paced environments, mirroring real restaurant conditions.
  • Communicate findings, challenges, and recommendations through strong verbal and written reports.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are always met during culinary tasks.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience in professional kitchens, preferably within high-volume or fast-paced establishments.
  • Strong foundation in cooking methods, ingredient sourcing, and food production processes.
  • Expertise in nutrition, with the ability to balance taste and health requirements in menu development.
  • Experience in executing a wide variety of global cuisines and culinary styles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear documentation and feedback.
