Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Dutch Language Expert, where you will leverage your exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch to advance the performance of cutting-edge AI language models. Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe, annotate, label, and review textual data in both Dutch and English to train and optimize AI language models.
  • Evaluate and ensure the grammatical accuracy, semantic clarity, and cultural appropriateness of bilingual AI responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on language model outputs and enhance overall quality.
  • Conduct linguistic validation and error analysis, identifying areas for improvement in AI-generated content.
  • Apply structured quality guidelines to consistently deliver measurable, high-quality results within project timelines.
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support continuous improvement in annotation processes.
  • Maintain attention to detail while handling large volumes of data in a fast-paced, flexible remote setting.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in data annotation, linguistic validation, or similar language-focused roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch grammar, syntax, semantics, and the ability to recognize cultural nuances.
  • Background in linguistics or language studies, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of linguistic review.
  • Ability to work independently, manage flexible schedules, and meet structured deliverable targets.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI technologies, language processing, or related fields.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with annotation tools and quality assurance best practices in language technology.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
