Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread Estonian texts to ensure grammatical, stylistic, and contextual accuracy.
• Translate content between Estonian and English, maintaining meaning and nuance.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated Estonian text for fluency, clarity, and relevance.
• Collaborate with developers and linguists to optimize language models for Estonian usage.
• Analyze linguistic data to identify and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
• Provide expert feedback on language-specific projects and initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal communication to support cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Estonian, with exceptional command of grammar and vocabulary.
• Proven experience in editing, proofreading, and translating Estonian content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of linguistic principles and language technology.
• Ability to analyze and review complex language data critically and constructively.
• Experience collaborating in remote, multicultural teams.
• Self-motivation and reliability, with a passion for language innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in computational linguistics, localization, or natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience as an AI trainer or with AI-driven language projects.
• Familiarity with language annotation tools and quality assurance processes.
