Job Summary:
We are seeking an expert-level Interdisciplinary Artist to join our customer’s team for an innovative AI training project. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic group at the intersection of art and technology, leveraging your skills across multiple artistic disciplines to help shape the next generation of creative AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and deliver high-quality visual, film, audio, digital, and animation content for AI models.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and fellow artists to meet creative and technical requirements.
- Analyze and interpret project briefs, contributing diverse artistic perspectives to AI training datasets.
- Document and communicate artistic processes clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on generated content to ensure alignment with artistic and project standards.
- Adapt and respond flexibly to project needs, contributing across multiple media forms as required.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and creative problem-solving within the interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in the following or related fields: visual arts, film, audio production, digital media, or animation.
- Proven track record of delivering professional-level creative projects in an interdisciplinary context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a dedication to clear and effective documentation.
- Experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional, and diverse creative teams.
- Ability to translate artistic vision into actionable data for AI development.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, audio/video editing software, animation tools, etc.).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-centric creative projects.
- Background in curriculum development or content creation for technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate within constraints and drive creative solutions.
