Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust software solutions for AI agent workflows.
• Contribute to the training and evaluation of AI models, applying software engineering best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that enhances AI agent capabilities.
• Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a remote team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Expert-level proficiency in any coding language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in programming, computer, and information technology domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience building and maintaining distributed or remote software projects.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality results.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and AI-driven development.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in agentic coding or developing AI agents.
• Prior involvement in AI model training or evaluation.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in computer science or software engineering.
